He's always friendly, professional, clean and does a good job. He will be the one we call for any future needsI am tired of either not receiving a text and they show up unannounced or I do get a text and no one shows up. I’m truly on the verge of canceling. I’m updating this review based on recent events. I received a call from Alvin who used to be our technician but was promoted to supervisor - deservedly so. I truly appreciated that Alvin took the time to call me and reassure me that he would personally correct this situation. I know that Alvin is a man of his word and his word is good enough for me. Thank you Alvin!Anthony is by far the best employee at Dewey! He is very communicative about arrivals, accommodating for any need and an overall good person. He’s personable and will assist with anything you need. I cannot express how amazing he is at doing his job and making sure your needs are met!Been a customer of Dewey for several years. Excellent service...happy with my exterminator guy Manny. He always meets my needs for my rentals.Monthly spray. Dara is amazing! Great attitude so professional! Always makes sure I am taken care of! Really appreciate Dewey!I called Dewey two days ago, freaking out because I found a bedbug crawling on the top of my sheets.They called me back within minutes. Louie asked me when I would be available & I said anytime. He informed me he could come by in 30 minutes.He showed up inspected my room, the living room & ceiling. He was professional & most importantly informative. He is a very easy going person & made me feel comfortable in my own home.Louie informed me that there were no bed bugs. But if I started to see signs of them, I could give them a call again.I have two huge dogs, that were crated up. He was kind enough to not refuse service. Other people have in the past.I am very thankful to both Louie & Dewey.It’s not often you find a service person responsive, on time, professional and friendly. That’s what I’ve received from Dara of Dewey Pest Control. Always gives me a heads up the day before service and adjusts his schedule to his client’s needs. Highly recommend.
