The inspection services was awesome Paul did a fantastic job checking every corner of the house; now we know where the problem come from.
King always provides great and personal service. He let's is know when he is coming so that we can get our pets inside. Always friendly and professional.Update: we now have a new rep and he was very thorough and made sure our concerns were addressed. Would recommend to others.
Letty has been servicing our warehouse and office for awhile now and we have had little to no pest problems since she started. I would definitely recommend her. She is always nice and professional and checks in with us as well as checking out and letting us know what she may have found or not.

Routine maintenance extermination. Communication is not the best. I have to initiate appointment correspondence. Guy was supposed to come but did a no show. It would have been nice to know he would not be able to make the appointment. Other than that quality extermination.
We met with “Frank” this afternoon and we’re totally pleased with his inspection and especially his knowledge. He told us the steps to follow before having him back for follow-up. The service tech Alejandro showed up on time, explained in detail what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and what the desired outcome was. Then offered some suggestions on things we could do after the service on our own to try and minimize future problems. Very polite, professional, and all around good customer service. I will continue to use them and I recommend them.

I complained to my neighbor about my spider issue and she recommended Andres at Dewey. I started a quarterly plan with Long Beach office after a few years of no pest control service because I was unhappy with the previous company that I used. Andres at Dewey has won me over. Andres communicates well before and during each visit. He asks each time he visits if I had any recent issues. He made an extra visit after my first month to make sure that my spider situation was under control and also addressed an ant problem that popped up after the rain. No more walking into spider webs when I step outside. The office staff is also very good. A real person answers each time and they are patient with my questions. They make sure that I know a billing is coming so I am not surprised to see it on my credit card statement. Thank you!
Have been using Dewey at our residence for 2+ years now. Not a single ant trail or ant for that matter made it in or around the perimeter of our home. Our tech Frank has been nothing but the best, always in a good mood, professional and friendly. And he Coaches Little League!
